Corporate Video Pricing Structure

Our policy is to keep things simple and not to do what many video producers do – rip off the customer. You will find an awful lot of companies charging incredible amounts of money because of their “city” locations or because of “perceived” value. The facts are though, that they love to blind the client with science and charge more for that fact. We are honest with our clients, we care about what we do because we love what we do and we want you to recommend us to your friends. So here are our prices in the open with no hidden extras:

For maximum 5-minute corporate video or presentation including 1-day shoot at your premises: £2490

Extras
YOU choose with our help and advice:
• Extra per minute: £250
• Script writing: £250
• Voice Over: £250
• Actor/Presenter: £450
• Uploading your video to the internet for viral marketing: £450
• 1 Day Conference Filming (i.e. filming your conference and editing): £4950 (total)
• DVD cover design: £250
• DVD Duplication: £8 each

* All prices are plus VAT where applicable.

Of course you can save all these extras by writing the script yourself; presenting the video yourself (we will help and guide you) and sourcing your own DVD duplication and production

A lot of companies hold regular conferences and for those members of staff who simply cannot attend it is now a great idea to record the event on video and provide DVD copies to staff and often customers also. Real2Can will send a team along to your conference wherever it may be, record and interview and then edit the footage into a cutting edge modern and enjoyable experience. Of course, nobody is going to want to watch hours and hours of speeches, so the best bet is to edit the highlights of key speakers; interview important delegates; obtain endorsements on video and create a smooth and even entertaining video that can be multi-purpose.

• Break it down into 3-5 segments
• Be clear, prove what you say and always be positive
• Prepare some pictures if you have them, which will help our team
• Think about timing – i.e. when do you need the video, when can sites and staff be available

50% non-refundable deposit with order, 50% balance upon completion by cheque

Unless otherwise specified you are responsible for writing the script (unless you choose for Real2Can to do so). We will however check it and advise. Please note, 400-500 words is the maximum for a 5 minute video.

Base price includes a single day shoot only (7 hours)

Base price includes 5 minutes of video – because mostly your clients and potential customers will be bored, even if you do use a Hollywood style company like Real2Can. 5 minutes is normally easily enough to get the message across. Less is more.

Base price includes briefing meeting between our producer and your representative at your site. At this meeting we will define the objective, agree terms and who is to do what and timescales.
